Arrival
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you after 3 p.m.
Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m.
Allergies and special dietary needs
Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions or intolerances when you send us your enquiry or make your booking. With Marco, the certified dietary chef in our kitchen, you can be sure that all your wishes will be taken into consideration and that special requirements, such as gluten-free cuisine, will also be catered for.
Dresscode for dinner
Please be informed, that for dinner a proper dress is desirable:
no tank tops, shorts, jogging suits.
Closed shoes are desired. No flip-flops, slipper or similar.

Deposit
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
Your reservation is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit specified in the offer. You will find information on what happens to your deposit if you are unable to make your trip under our “cancellation policy”.
Price information
The prices quoted on this website are per person per night, including half board (Drinks and other consumption are not included).
The prices could vary in case of intervention by fiscal, monetary, economic or social authorities.
Validity of the offers
The validity of the offers depends on availability and can change without prior notice!
Local tax 2024
Starting from 1 January 2024, the local tax of Euro 2.80 per night and person over 14 years is charged separately on site. It is not included in the prices quoted.
Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
Complaints
Our main goal is that you are happy. Despite all our efforts, it can still happen that we have not been able to solve something to your satisfaction. Please let us know directly if we can improve something to ensure that you have a carefree holiday.
