And thanks to the daily changing specials, you’ll never have a dull morning. The crowning glory? Our 4-course dinner menu of choice and the sumptuous salad buffet. Fresh and crisp! We will recommend aperitifs and digestifs as well as select wines to pair with your meal.

Let us know at booking. It’s no problem for our certified dietary chef Marco to take your allergies or intolerances into consideration. We are one of the few hotels in Gröden that can adapt to your diet and avoid contamination, which, for example, can be problematic for people with coeliac disease. We leave no wish ungranted.
